Listing Missing from Home Page

Dear Cuan and Team,

 

One of our Home Page Featured Listings is not in the Home Page Featured Section. We have two Home Page Featured listing that are placed in the Crazy Wednesday Auctions under "Garden & Pets - Garden - Seeds".

 

Variety Bulb Seeds Pack-Grow your own Bulbs from Seed!

Bonsai Variety 430 Seed Pack-Grow your own from Seed!

 

When you follow the link on the Home Page, bottom right,http://www.bidorbuy.co.za/jsp/category/FeaturedItems.jsp and go to the Category "Garden & Pets" the two listings show. However, when you go from page to page viewing all the listings under Home Page Featured, only the one listing appears. This listing is there Variety Bulb Seeds Pack-Grow your own Bulbs from Seed!. The other one, Bonsai Variety 430 Seed Pack-Grow your own from Seed! is missing. I've checked this four times in the last hour, going from page 1 to 27 (Items closing 7 June) and can only see the one listing.

 

Please be so kind as to explain to us how this happens. I'm disappointed as these Home Page Featured advertisements cost us a lot of money and we should get the exposure we paid for.

PS. At 09H25 we did another search and this listing is still nowhere to be found except under "Garden & Pets".

 

Update 11H22 - Great stuff, thanks! The "missing" listing is showing now. However, this one is now featuring twice. It can be viewed on page six as well as page seven. We refreshed the pages in between. Variety Bulb Seeds Pack-Grow your own Bulbs from Seed!
