One seller, two accounts, same items

Whilst browsing through some listings I came across the below two sellers' who from the looks of things could be the same person:

 

Items for sale from fredMart on bidorbuy.co.za

Items for sale from fredTHEseller on bidorbuy.co.za

 

I was under the impression that you could not have more than one account, but if you did (as per the very long standing sellers), you were not allowed to have the same items on both accounts?

 

Both the usernames mentioned above retail the exact same items - diet "things" and art / paintings!

True ! You are not allowed to sell the same things on both accounts...so somehow "fred" forgot if it is the same person...seems likely !

But surely they are not allowed to sell the same type of items on each account? Sure that was a stipulation from BoB when applying for a second account?

Yes, we did notice and security will be taking this up with the seller.
