Judging from the picture (which one really shouldn't do), I'll hazard a guess that it's rutilated quartz.

Rutilated Quartz - also known as Angel Hair Quartz and G-o-d's Fingerprint (as no two are alike). Value wise - not high as it is more on the common side, but each one is unique.
