1994 Presidential Inauguration R5 - Different types???

Hi ... Please could anybody provide some info regarding the 1994 Presidential Inauguration R5 coin. Ive noticed a number of variations offered but cant seem to discern a difference between most of the. The variations I speak about are "No steps" "front of building" "closed doors" "open doors" etc.

 

Please explain what these mean and how these coins come about to have these different features? It seems hard to get a proper answer regarding this. Why then are seller's listing it in their ads if nobody really understands it?

These different minute features on the coins are caused by the deterioration of the dies and/or fragments of the dies/blanks being caught between the stamping dies.

Thanks ... So which would you reckon is more valuable? Or are they all based at the same scarcity?

It depends of the collector but to me their should not be much difference in the prices realized for the various varieties.
