no feedback from bid or buy customer service

I can not believe that after 2 weeks i have not received my parcel.

And that i have spoken to more than 5 consultants,and not 1 of them had come back to me.

I can not get hold of the seller ,but it seems that bid or buy customer service,also can not help me.

It is my first time to buy something on bid or buy,and realy it is a bad experience.

Did you phone the SAPO track and trace to find out where your parcel is, because they sure made a mess of it as per the tracking number the seller gave you.
