vpr8 10 Posted May 28, 2013 I bought one of these 100GB per month sim cards from the seller and it's over a month and no delivery. Based on his ratings he did this to a few people He first said that he did not have access to his account but then went quiet. qball 12 Posted May 28, 2013 The seller has been restricted from selling and all listings removed in April already due to complaints coming in. As the contract and agreement of sale is between you and the seller, you have recourse against him, either civilly through Small Claims or the National Consumer Council, or through criminal charges laid against him for theft under false pretenses at your local SAPS station.
