Miss Jewels 10 Posted May 11, 2013 (edited) I went to our local Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket at about 4.45 today to buy some braai sauce, and had my BB in the back pocket of my demin jeans. At about 6.30 I thought the phone was a bit quite and then suddenly realized....my pocket was empty! I cannot believe that I did not feel someone pulling the phone out! I am beyond furious with this sick country of ours where certain "monsters" think they can just help themselves to other peoples' property! I do recall a man bumping against me and my housekeeper who was with me, telling him to look where he is walking. This was while we were on our way out as the shop closed at 5pm while we were still inside the mall. My pocket will never see a phone again. Where is it actually safe?? Has anyone experienced this recently? Edited May 11, 2013 by Miss Jewels
MiemsJewels 12 Posted May 11, 2013 The same happened to me in Nelspruit a few years back. I had my phone in my handbag's side pocket. Lucky for me I noticed it was gone immediately and let a scream out for the whole Nelspruit to hear. The guy turn around, look at me, dig for the phone in his pocket and return it to me. Just like that! Couldn't believe my eyes!
