Bad service from fastways

I have been in contact with the MD of Fastway, Vanessa Little, regarding their discusting service.

We have no communication from our area manager (phone continuously on voice mail), parcels being collected late, non delivery of packaging even though items were paid in advance and various other complaints.

It would now seem that part of their problem is they do not have stock of the A4 sleeving and that it is stuck in customs. Unfortunately, due to their already bad communication and feedback, no-one knew about this.

They have now emailed me stating they will be looking into the matter and also addressing the responsible people for non communication. (I have about 6 emails confirming no response from them)
