JohnBenn 12 Posted March 25, 2013 (edited) Hi Because of the strike I could not rate a seller under the bulk rating area anymore, and I had to rate this seller 35 times manually. Is it possible for BoB to increase those days, so that when something like this happens again one can rate in a second, rather than 10 -15 min.? This might also be why some buyers don't rate after this time, and we are stuck without ratings. Thank you. Edited March 25, 2013 by JohnBenn
Colin_P 10 Posted March 25, 2013 Why would the strike affect you rating the buyer?
JohnBenn 12 Posted March 25, 2013 Because bulk rating disappears.
Colin_P 10 Posted March 25, 2013 What I meant was why would you need to postpone your rating of the buyer just because you're postponing shipment until the strike is over? You could have rated the buyer as soon as the transaction was finalised. All my sellers rate me long before I receive the items - as a seller all you need is payment to rate the buyer, not delivery.
