Wrist Watches -Rolex Oyster Pertual Date and International Watch Co Schaffhausen

Help. Can anybody give my an indication of the possible value of the following two wrist watches.

 

The first is a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date. Has the following inscribed on the dial "Superlative Chronometer Officially

Certified Swiss. (The Auto winder not working. It is missing).

and the second one is International Watch Co Schaffhausen (Automatic with date) Ingenieur Swiss inscribed on the dial

The strap IWC. It is a "staybright steel - 21 jewels".

Any assistance will be appreciated. Both watches are still in great condition. Thanks Dan
