I just want to find out if anybody has a problem with this seller. I have bought an item over a month ago, paid for it but no delivery and I cannot get hold of him by the number supplied or e-mail. I have raised the matter with bidorbuy , attached all e-mail correspondences and proof of payments but no reply also from BoB. I'm starting to loose trust in this system......anybody is welcome to tell me how I can get hold of this seller

Please give communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za all the relevant information. Don't expect an immediate reply though - they are sometimes overwhelmed with enquiries and complaints but, as a buyer and seller on BoB, I find them very helpful.

Thank you for your complaint, the funds have not been paid to the seller, so they have been reversed back into your bob account, where you can request a payout into your bank account. Details below for requesting a payout:

 

Log into My bidorbuy, click on the selling tab and at the bottom of the left hand side navigation menu under Payments you will find Payout Request.

Complete the requested information and submit the form. Payouts are processed every business day. All requests made before 9am on a business day will be processed that same day and in most cases should reflect in the recipients bank account by the next day.

Note, bidorbuy may request your ID and a utility bill before processing your first payout request or if any of your information has changed. This is a standard security precaution on our part to protect both Buyer and Seller. We apologise if this causes a delay or for inconvenience caused.
