How about a "Terms and Conditions" tab, like the shipping and feedback tab, that a buyer must click a box agreeing to, at the end of the rules, before being allowed to bid or buy?

Good idea and along with BoB's T&C there is also the Sellers T&C's, we don't need anything like "this is a binding contract" because we know that to be a joke.

Another seller provided an answer for this, which I have now done.. Set up a prompt, which requires them to enter their name as proof that they have read it. If the prompt is made compulsory, from what I understand, they have to enter their name to proceed with the sale. Whether they actually read the t&c's, you'll never know.. But you will be able to point as that as they "signed" their name to the box, they agreed to your terms & conditions.

Fantastic idea, maybe some buyers will actually read then rather than issue negatives, due to lack of reading
