Is this RSA 1973 2c stamp a flaw

Can anybody tell me if this RSA 1973 2c stamp a stamp that is flawed. One can hardly see the RSA or the figure 2c.

At he bottom of the stamp left hand corner is printed "Erica blenna" followed by "Ernst de Jong 1973".

If pink was not one of the cylinders,it is unlikely to be a printing flaw. I guess this may have been attached to a pink envelope before soaking-off.
