OnlineSavers 10 Posted April 5, 2009 Just installed IE8 and now my HTML editor on Bob does not come up with the info listed. Any idea why? Is it IE8 or does BoB need to update. I also tried Opera and not working (same computer with IE8 installed). But if I use a computer which has not installed IE8 then its fine... anyone else with this problem? Stages 10 Posted April 6, 2009 Hi Onlinesavers I also have the same problem, I installed explorer 8 and when I try to do the listings, it doesnt show the HTML editor until I press the off and it gives me a plain screen to write on. And with that all the writing are crammed up and doesnt look good at all. How do we fix the problem?

qball 12 Posted April 28, 2009 Hi All The joys of using Microsoft products I'm afraid! It's IE8 that is causing this, but we are looking into it to see if we can update or upgrade the HTML editor. In the mean time use earlier versions of IE as your browser option. Thanks again to Microsoft for always launching such wonderful products... Thanks and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Cuan
