ysman 10 Posted December 5, 2012 Sold a radio to: lekoto (13 Rating score between 10 and 49) Rating: 100.00% positive ratings Location: Ellisras Joined: 22 May 2009 When we wanted to ship it, it got damaged. Notified this Lekoto immediately and refunded him in full plus extra R10. I followed up the refund and kept in contact via email. Now a week later he gives me a neg rating with some comment about me being worst seller he's dealt with. **** happens, not my plan to have radio damaged. Will the administrators look at one's case and help, as this is completely unfounded and unfair? I have this Lekoto's emails and mine as proof. BEWARE OF THIS BUYER - He seems to be carrying a knife which he digs into your back. Any advice guys? :embarrest:
Little Miss Muffet 81 Posted December 5, 2012 You can file an SNC because the sale is no longer valid The rating will disappear and neither of you can rate each other No sale --no rating
ZoneMan 11 Posted December 6, 2012 What about lammers who just don't pay? You can file an SNC because the sale is no longer valid The rating will disappear and neither of you can rate each other No sale --no rating Does this mean that non-payers looses bad rating as soon as seller gets SNC upheld? qball 12 Posted December 6, 2012 If the buyer is found at fault you will still be able to rate them, they can't rate you. However, the buyer has still had a negative experience even though you tried to assist him, we won't necessarily intervene.

Thanks, great to know we have backup. I have filed SNC, waiting for 7day period. Still feel the buyer's sour feedback was uncalled for. He did not attempt to resolve the matter, which was actually already resolved. Would still like to be able to rate him, as he was intentional with not even an explanation or apology forthcoming, after my email requesting his reconsideration. Blunt.
