BOB App - Like giving a 3 year old a box of matches........and saying go play

The bob cell phone app is a wonderful tool in the right hands, but without the correct experience as a bidder or buyer, usage brings disappointment & unhappiness to both. for example it is common for me to get sms text "from my Blackberry" - How much is the postage?, Is this solid gold?, will it fit my child? all these questions easily answered by reading the auction/buy now.

 

I think it would help everybody concerned if the app was only available after say, 3 successful purchases from at least 3 different sellers,that way they have a fair understanding of how the system works.
