zulubase01 10 Posted November 28, 2012 Bid or Buy is advertising the Toshiba Model SD-V296 (new condition) the online manual say this machine in set to play NTSC the USA format & cannot play PAL format (Europe/South Africa format) if this is so, why is this machine being advertised in South Africa, its quite expensive for someone to buy, only to find it's no use here?
