What a strange object indeed. I haven't noticed any vampires around Grahamstown but with all the spooks that abound, perhaps one is a vampire?

 

And looking at the stake, I suppose if the sharp end doesn't kill the vampire then one can always hit it over the head with the other, round end? :confused:

Here's a great and easy way to age wood,just vinegar and steel wool.That stake will look like it was made in Transylvania 400 years ago.:cool:
