Payment options grayed out

Hi Wondering how we can solve this issue, I did send a mail to bid or buy last week but have not received a response as yet, in my payment options I have bobpay ticked which i did not do, now many sales are going through bobpay and i cant get that money out as we are an overseas supplier.

 

I cant un-tick the payment box because it is grayed out, which is sad. I tried using a local customers bank details to get the balance out of bobpay, but that has evidently cause more problems than good. I'm hoping i can get this sorted out relatively soon because the amount is adding up.
