RSA 20c flare flaw

Hi

 

Has anyone discovered this flaw on the 1982, 20c stamp yet?If yes does anyone know it's plate location?

I found a third one,so it must be a constant flaw.

If not,I think it should be called the "Benn Flare Flaw" haha :blink1:

It should be called "Benn has too much time on his hands Flaw"!!!:embarrest:

Don't worry Benn in the 70's & 80's I had a good Postmaster Friend who let me go through new "Stamp" stock looking for errors etc.

And this is the reason I don't want to get involved in stamps or coins, there are too many variables.

Alloway yes since I begun a KGV collection "spotting the dots" to plate them,i don't look at stamps the same anymore.And I pick up the flaws quite quickly now.If you think I'm nuts,you should see some other collectors.haha:blink1:

 

Wayne not so many on modern ones,but nice to find them.

That was my second profession for two decades, looking for misprints, dots and imperfections on Stamps and First Day Covers........with the Transkei Fishing Flies there were plenty.
