tracysol 10 Posted November 9, 2012 TP Bridal page on Bid or Buy clearly has one of its services as making dresses off a picture, but then when i enquired, i was told that there is no way to get this picture to them, unless you first buy-something? This mechanic is very confusing, and now Bid or Buy has alerted me that by even asking this question about one of their advertised services, i am in violation of terms, so please close my request.
