Picket action Monday 29 October at Cape Mail!

Went to post office today where we usually drop off our packages to follow up with the post master on the drastic delays of many of our packages only to be shown a fax which they received informing all staff of the picketing action that will be happening at Cape Mail on Monday from 10:00

 

This means that no mail will go in or out of Cape Mail once again.

 

No one really knows where this will lead. I hope our buyers will understand that we are all just casualties of this situation. :sad:

I posted a comment about this in another thread just the other day. It is a disgrace to say the least that workers have to resort to this type of action be it PO or any other entity.

 

I cannot for the life of me figure out how people can discuss salary increases and make a commitment one year yet do not pay their staff the very next year causing them to go on a strike then when billions and trillions are lost they decide to cave in and backdate the increases to the day/month that the increases were supposed to be paid in the first place.

 

This type of action by truck drivers and the PO reflects badly on Sellers.
