Received Many Neutral Rating Because of SAPO Delay delivery

During the SAPO driver strike , many of my customer still not yet received the parcel, really i have confused what can i do???

 

i have also went to the post office to regarding this problem, but it seems they are not help at all.

 

only way that i can do is email my customers this image, to let them understand, Sapo need time to clear the parcel during the SAPO

Hi there.. Many of us have had the same problem.. All you can do is to email each buyer & explain to them. Also make sure they have their tracking numbers, the SAPO tracking site address, & the SAPO sharecall number to phone.. Explain carefully to each person that you understand their frustration, especially the ones who have rated neutral.. But that it is out of your control..
