How To Ship Diamonds

I was wondering what is the best company to use if I want to sell a diamond.

I have read that I can't send diamonds with the PO.

Can I use speedservices??Are they trust worthy or are they the same as PO with regards to loosing and stealing parcels?

How about berco? and btw does anyone have the rates for speedservices or berco.
