ziggy2000 10 Posted October 12, 2012 I can feel a rage building that is not healthy for me or anybody else around me... A negative rating for an item that was sold but the description and photos are exactly what was sold and the newish buyer feels that it is a rip off etc etc. Well, why did you bid then? What more can we do to explain what you are bidding on, other than flying the item to you so you can touch and feel it before bidding? After the rating the buyer turns down my offer of a refund and says she is sorry for the rating, did not realise the repercussions or something in that vein. But the rating remains. No man, I just don't need this late on a Friday afternoon :mad::mad:
lilythepink 11 Posted October 12, 2012 Ziggy, why don't you email the buyer (once you have calmed down) and seeing as she's sorry for the rating, perhaps she just needs to be guided along the way in changing her rating? This has happened to me and my buyer did re-rate but I had to "walk" her through how she could do it. Good luck.
