lilythepink 11 Posted September 30, 2012 Welcome to the forum, Penny. Hope you'll be around for a long time to come. Sadly, I'm not sure what you mean - have you sold one item or have you bought it? If you are being harassed by another party, please report your problem to communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za.

Seeds for Africa 18 Posted September 30, 2012 I may be able to assist as Penny made her purchases from us. Penny made a buy now order. We sent the following mails : 1) We emailed her to thank her for her order via the bob system. 2) We emailed growing sheets and full order details via our email. 3) We emailed her to thank her for the payment and advise the shipping date from the bob system. 4) We rated her. We sell a fair amount and have never had any issues with buyers complaining that we over communicate. On the contrary, I have had many compliments about our level of communication. Fashion Police 10 Posted October 1, 2012 Well that sounds to me like plain old fashioned brilliant service from Seeds from Africa - I respond to my buyers the exact same way; 99% of buyers appreciate communication. Some people feel sceptical about buying online, especially new users or users who buy from a seller for the first time - therefore communication is vital to put the buyer's mind at ease. I guess you can't please everyone.
kyle2 10 Posted October 1, 2012 First time I have ever heardn of a buyer complaining about communication. I also send a thank you note, with postal deatails and mail the buyer where the parcel is in the tracking system. I personally like good communication, it takes the stress of buying something online away. Buyer is perhaps over-reacting a bit.
JANDS 22 Posted October 1, 2012 What to do? Without communication we'd still be grunting.
