The buyer wants to return the item and demands a full refund. Keep in mind that if the item is infact damaged, you will not be able to resell it. What would YOU do?

This would depend on why the buyer wants to return it. Secondly, if it was damaged while in the buyers possession, I would not do a 100% refund, but would firstly optain a jewelers quote to repair. I would then offer the difference as a refund and advertise the item again, but as refurbished. On the other hand, each case should be approached individually, thereby taking various aspects into consideration.
