Came across the below video that clearly shows the "state" that Seaview Road (lake) is in... the building with the yellow walls and red roof is what was supposed to be the double-storey Lavender Barn restaurant...

You should see our front lawn!! We can't cars over it and any one that tries lands in the mud! I now live in my gumboots to get from place to place!

The only ones who think it is heaven are my ducks!
