why is this buyer not being blocked.

Noticed after Wednesday auction someone with a -3 rating won an item. on enquiring from her if she intends making payment she said yes. now she decided not buy as her mother has 2 similar items which she can get for freeAcorn kids (-3)

 

please admin bann this buyer
