Trackingnumber.co.za - requesting email updates

For the last few weeks when I enter a tracking number on Trackingnumber.co.za, I only get the same results as you get on the Post Office Track and Trace system. There's no option anymore where you can put your own and your buyers' email address for regular updates. That's so unfortunate, because it is such a nice system to use.

 

Do any of you experience the same?

I tried that a few weeks ago and it would not allow me to do it. It would be wonderful if it worked.
