Chaos reigns…our three Australia Grandchildren arrived

Chaos reigns…our three Australia Grandchildren arrived yesterday with their Mother for a holiday in SA with the various family’s.

 

In 12 hours the whole house is like a mad house toys everywhere.

 

We have been up since before 4AM playing with the Grandchildren while Mother catches up on some well deserved sleep.

 

Our other Grandchild arrives later…...day light by then so we can all play in the large sandpit and climbing frames in the garden.

 

Children are definitely for the young(er)……and Grandchildren great fun over the short term.

Take all the vitamins you can, alloway! Grandkids expect us to join in absolutely everything wholeheartedly. I always do but then take about a week to recover afterwards!

 

Again - just remember that grandchildren are G0d's way of rewarding us for having raised children! Help them stick their fingers into the sugar bowl. Let them make a great noise and do almost anything you wouldn't let your own children do! Have a wonderful, wonderful time with them all.

Sounds like Grandparents and Grandchildren are going to be totally exhaused come nightfall - wonder who's going to be tucking who into bed early...
