GoldenOldie 10 Posted June 25, 2012 Hi I recently bought something from a seller and was unhappy with it due to it being modern not antique as described and very bad quality, i felt it was a rip off and appealed to the seller to refund me which she refused to do & was rather rude. I therefore rated her negatively which im allowed to do as it reflects my feelings about the product and service. She has since had the rating removed & i cannot save a new one. This makes me very angry, why should justified ratings be removed? Sellers shouldnt be allowed to rip people off & have no repercutions. I myself am a seller so i know first hand how to treat customers. lilythepink 11 Posted June 25, 2012 Hi Caroline - I would be mad, too, were I in your shoes. However, the best way to get this sorted out is by sending an email to communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za.
