sellers account blocked with out notice

New Management

Sellers beware as bid or buy can just blocks your account without notifying you as this happened to me and if you have a credit balance it will be blocked as well and all you time spent advertising is wasted Bob only thinks about their buyers as they forget the sellers they will not have a market without us as well this system is not professionally done and they staff are not trained properly as they do not understand customer service and because they have the power over you account they can do as they please.

If you do not work with the BoB team, you will not achieve anything. I've only found them to be professional and highly helpful. They take both buyer and sellers' interest into consideration when making decisions.

I have phoned BoB only twice in FOUR YEARS of trading. Both times the phone was answered within seconds. Both times my problems were resolved by competent, friendly and helpful staff.

Hi New Management,

 

Welcome to the forums.

 

You were supposed to get an email notification regarding the action taken on your account. Apologies if you did not, I am sure it will be looked into tomorrow as to why the email did not reach you.

Thank you for your feedback. You were telephonically told that your account would be restricted if the buyer that has a dispute open with you is not refunded. The buyer sent you banking details on the 5th June, we have a copy of the email, and to date no refund has been forthcoming. We again sent you the buyer's banking details on Monday, and still no refund. Failure to fulfill your responsibility and obligations towards your buyers is enough reason for us to restrict your account. This is not a customer service issue from our side, nor has anything to do with any credit you have in your account.

 

Should you wish to continue trading on the bidorbuy website, we strongly urge you to improve your levels of service and quality of products - for e.g. the phones you sold and the number of negatives and neutrals you have received.

 

Please ensure the refund is processed speedily so that we can unrestrict your account and you can continue trading.

 

Thank you for your co-operation.
