Who in Cape Town can issue a COA for Mandela Signatures?

I know Mr. Cecil Greenfield is the best person to issue a COA on Mandela signatures, but someone I know needs someone in Cape Town. Does anybody have a name and contact details for me please?

 

Also, he has copy of A Long Walk to Feedom that's been autographed for him personally. Where in Cape Town can he have it evaluated?
