Live Help Offline

I have wanted to use live help for the last three days to query payments made by buyers. It always appears to be offline. I am talking about during business hours?

And when eventually you do see it online as I did 10 minutes ago, it says "There are currently 2 chat request(s) before you in the chat queue." I waited 10 minutes and then got cut off!

Apologies, sometimes when our internal network is sometimes not operating at optimum levels, it drops the chats, for example when our ADSL goes down we have to jump onto Wimax, this only provides limited connectivity, which unfortunately affects the Live Chat service... we're still available via phone... :angel:

Chat operators are limited to 2 chats at a time, they can't offer good service levels to more than 2 clients at the same time, so it will tell you there is a queue and will "kick" you off after a certain time period.
