Strange characters in sellers address

We seem to have a continual issue with orders received from foreign countries where there are strange characters in the address / or name. The latest is order 4863355

Le ChatelÃÂÃÂÃÂêt sur Retourne

France, Metropolitan

 

It looks to me like this happens when the buyer uses foreign fonts. Please can bob comment on this and also let me know what the buyers address is !

You will have to ask them to send you the address via email, as we get the same on our side, it's a character handling setting on their side I think.
