Why are buyers like these still active?

Silly question but how are these buyers still active on bob?

 

Both buyers in question have placed bids on my items. Just interested how they have managed to keep going this long? Don't blacklist them before they maybe complete their purchases with me!

Yeppers, had one this morning with 75% (given the time difference, I didn't get the bid deleted before auction closed) and she just 'baled' on the one she bid/won; telling me to file SNC.

 

And another with 50% rating and I am willing to bet a dollar to a donut she won't pay for the two she bid/won.

 

Wet noodle time!
