Updated contact details do not appear on "old sales" sites

Hi, my telephone number and e-mail changed about 3 months ago. Some buyers are telling me that my old telephone and e-mail still appear on their sites, this applies to buyers who bought items from me longer than 3 months ago. Now they are unable to get hold of me. This caused a problem as I had a buyer who had a parcel due for collection (dating back more than 3 months) and they could not get hold of me to arrange collection. Please can you assist so that my updated details appear everywhere?
