Bad service from bobsales

Good morning

 

I have ordered a set of Snappy Pots on 24 April.

I received a message from Maggie van Zyl that the pots had scratches on and new stock was expected on 2nd of May.

She promised to sent me my order immediately on receipt of the new stock. After several e-mails on 30 April, 14, 15, 16 and 18 May I received no response.

I have cancelled this order due to this bad communication and have in the meantime bought pots somewhere else.

To-date I still have not received any communication from Maggie van Zyl nor has a refund been effected.

Your urgent assistance in this matter will be much appreciated.
