Advice On a Few Stones

So could anyone help me out with a quick valuation of the following diamonds? Not looking for anything comprehensive, just ballpark.

The gold content and pricing of the rings is not a problem, but my knowledge of diamonds and rubies is limited, and so just don't want to get totally shafted by any "helpful" appraisers in terms of the value of the stones. Any help is much appreciated.

From left to right they are as follows:

.75 ct

.70 ct

Four diamond ring -- .07 ct, .35 ct, .35 ct, .07 ct

3-diamond ring (missing middle diamond) -- .13 ct, .13 ct

Single .30 ct ruby(?) surrounded by eight pearls

24-diamond -- .02 ct x20 and .07 ct x3

Three rubies (missing one on the left) set in 18 ct gold

There is really no way anyone could come even close to a ballpark figure based on just the photographs.

There is no way to properly tell colour, clarity, enhancements or a bunch more from them and they all effect the values greatly.

I realised that after doing a little more research on what one looks for in terms of clarity, flaws, etc. Thanks for the heads up though :smile1:

Rookie mistake
