Dogs and children, often I think that they are G0ds best creation, The joy they give and express when they come to greet you, always ready for play or attention, never holding a grudge, up for fun and exitement anytime!

They worst thing there is about owning and loving a dog, is that they are with us for so short a time..........

to be semi-human. The point is to open oneself to the

possibility of becoming partly a dog. -- Edward Hoagland

breakfast, not because she's too stupid to learn how but

because she's too smart to bother. -- Rick Horowitz

My husband and I are either going to buy a dog or have a

child. We can't decide whether to ruin our carpets or ruin

our lives. -- Rita Rudner

When I am wrong, he is delighted to forgive.

When I am angry, he clowns to make me smile.

When I am happy, he is joy unbounded.

When I am a fool, he ignores it.

When I succeed, he brags.

Without him, I am only another human.

With him, I am all powerful.

I know a secret comfort and a private peace.

He has brought me understanding where I was ignorant.

His head on my knee can heal my human hurts.

His presence is protection against dark and unknown things.

He has promised to wait for me in case I need him.

And I expect I will, as I always have. -- Gene Hill
