Seeds for Africa 18 Posted April 21, 2012 I wonder if bob could look into this. I have had several buyers this week place duplicate orders. I have only had this once or twice previously which makes me wonder if there is an issue with checkout? Have any other sellers experienced this?
Vinyl Lady Decals 11 Posted April 21, 2012 Hi Grant, yes I've experienced it twice this week, never this often before. Mac, is there a problem maybe?
Guest MacMuffin Posted April 21, 2012 can you guys provide us with order numbers of the duplication and we can investigate. if the orders where placed on 13/14 then we can safely assume that it was due to the Internet Solutions issue we had and users retried to place the order a few times.... Guest MacMuffin Posted April 22, 2012 Looking at those orders, the buyer has checked out twice (note the different order-ids and the times between FIRSTBIDTIME): (sorry for the small image - not sure what happened here)
