ANGEL CREATIONS 10 Posted April 18, 2012 (edited) Hi would just like to get feedback from fellow sellers/buyers please. I bid on an item that said FREE SHIPPING. I won the item for R1.00. I completed the order and made payment to the seller. Two days later I received an email from the seller to say that he is cancelling the sale and will refund my R1.00 as there was a listing error as his shipping charges are actually R75.00. I replied to him that he was legally bound to supply the item as he advertised it as FREE SHIPPING out of his own free will (obviously hoping for a higher bid). The seller is insistant that he does not want to supply. What say all of you? Thanks Does anyone think I am wrong to want the seller to honour this deal? brands online 10 Posted April 18, 2012 Listing Details I confirm that my listing adheres fully to the bidorbuy Listing Policy. I understand that it is binding on me to complete the successful sale(s) to the winning buyer(s). I also agree to pay all bidorbuy fees. I accept the Terms * ...just my two cents...:whistling:
