no reaction from bob after community watch filed

On lasteeks Crazy Wednesday auction seller Dinoantique had items listed with the condition that should the item not get a required amount, it will be withdrawn. I forwarded my query re the latter condition to bob but received no feedback. As far as I am concerned, a Crazy R1 start listing is just that. NO RESERVE. This should not be allowed!!
