JacoJ 10 Posted March 13, 2012 (edited) Some of you might have stumbled across one of our new help pages about bidorbuy stores. Basically this will be available to good standing sellers on the bidorbuy platform and will have quite a few benefits to sellers who qualify. 1. Ability to do some branding on your stores page 2. Your own targeted banners and advertising slots 3. Special URL 4. Stores thumbnail image on all item pages to identify the seller as a bidorbuy store 5. Increased buyer protection levels 6. A place to tell people about your store including any sort of store policies 7. Inclusion in the bidorbuy stores category; and a few other things. Check it out. It will be rolled out soon. Wonder who will be the first seller to qualify as a store.....:blink1: Edited March 13, 2012 by JacoJ Incorrect formatting

Cali Craft and Gems 14 Posted March 13, 2012 I believe in negotiating! Got one month free for the shop (two weeks for shop fittings, and two weeks free trading). Plus managed to successfully negotiate a deal with a house seller here in town who dropped the price of his house by a huge chunk for my Mom to buy - originally in at over R1m for almost 2 years with no interest (over-priced for the area), then he came in at under R1m and I still lopped off another R200k which he accepted! I'm wondering if I'm in the wrong trade? (LOL)
JacoJ 10 Posted March 14, 2012 Ok so when we go live in March, we will make it free for the remainder of March and only start charging from April 2012. We hope to go live latest 26th.....maybe earlier. Not much, but at least something. In the meantime we will make a list of interested sellers and send through an information pack/application to those who qualify by next week. Please send your emails to stores@bidorbuy.co.za
ATA STAMP CENTRE 80 Posted March 17, 2012 I was wondering what sort of response there has been to this proposal.Have many sellers shown an interest? NEIL

To BOB-VERY NICE-perhaps a suggestion ,on the home page a little more emphasis can be placed on the stores tab? Something SPECIAL to attract buyers attention and that it is new feature!! I may be applying soon, but need to find the energy first. NEIL
