Can the buyer be held responsible for credit card fees from BoB?

I am about to list an item for a client and he wants the buyer to be held responsible for the credit card fees as charged by BidorBuy. As far as I know it is not allowed. Am I correct?

it is illegal to add credit card fees for the customer , all banks warn about that , you can ask the customer if he minds I suppose , or just work in the percent into the price as most shops do or offer a discount for eft .

According to the Credit Card Act, it is not allowed for a seller to hold the buyer responsible for credit card fees.
