wayjen 10 Posted March 7, 2012 Where do you go to have a ring appraised and what does it cost? Thank you Dankie.
MrAerospace 10 Posted March 7, 2012 If you only have one item, the jeweller may want to charge you a percentage of the valuation. Don't fall for it. If he's not prepared to do it for not more than R50.00, try another place! Here in Grahamstown we were charged R30.00 per valuation.

Damn, the movement had to bribe an official to take part in todays Cosatu march. Cosatu is also terrified of Admin`s big weepon. Had to pay a premium to join the military wing. wayjen 10 Posted March 8, 2012 A reputable one would help, methinks... Don't worry, I'll ask for some sort of ID before I hand the ring over.
voldermort 11 Posted March 8, 2012 Don't worry, I'll ask for some sort of ID before I hand the ring over. Just go to a pawn shop and say you want to sell the ring and if they offer you eg: R500 you know it's worth at least 10x more
