klausmay 10 Posted February 7, 2012 (edited) It is now month ago that I placed an order and paid for surveillance cameras at bidorbuy .co.za and have up to day received nothing except of the comment that the parcel was lost and bidorbuy can do nothing about it and cannot help me any further. To their mind the case is closed. So , No Cameras. No Money . No Support --- What a shity Company !!!!! From a very unsatisfiedcustomer!!!!! Unfortunately bidorbuy is not the supplier of the product - we do not supply, ship or sell any of the items advertised on the site. We did assist you by tracking the parcel for you and by replying to your emails. It appears the item was lost in transit (and was not insured), this is an issue that you need to resolve directly with the seller and the postal services, as we do not ship, deliver or control postal services. There is unfortunately nothing further we can do, the seller will need to lodge a claim with the postal services and they will need to investigate why the parcel is missing.
