Copying From Outlook Into BoB Message System

Why is it when copying some messages from Outlook into the BoB message system they have these random letters in them. Before posting it looks absolutely fine, once sent however it looks like the example below?

Ok, I have just phoned Bid or Buy for some help with this â on their advice I have reversed the credit payment thus allowing you to now be able to go back into the order and do a payment of x amount.

The reason is that the html is hidden and translates poorly.

If you need to do this, the best way is to type the message into Bob first and then copy it into outlook.

 

If its in outlook first, then copy it into Word and save it as a txt file. Then open that and copy it into BoB. this strips out all the weird html.
