Disgusted by Regular Non Paying Buyer

Had a Buy now for R31500 last week on a Gold Coin from BrinkJaco.

 

First he asked to pay via Credit Card which I do not offer.

 

I then made arrangements to accept a Credit Card payment from him

 

Requested Card details 4 Times via Email & SMS & BOB sale System

 

8 Days later I get an email that he changed his mind.

 

Clear on his buying record that he does not pay.

 

Why is he not Blacklisted?

If you report the entire scenario as you know it, with proof, to communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za, you will get helpful and immediate assistance and, hopefully, if he is a delinquent buyer he will be stopped in his tracks.

He is not blacklisted yet, due to the fact that prior to this he only had 1 negative from last year, and his positive score for his ratings would have been a lot higher than 77%. With your rating today it has dropped to 77%. When we run our reports on poor ratings and high SNC's this would probably be picked up, but nothing prior to today.

Please also note, I have tried personally contacting you telephonically and via email regarding this credit card issue and accepting the payment.
